Full Bio
Emma Doyle is a creative strategist and designer who turns research, cultural insight, and complex business challenges into clear creative direction. Working across brand, interaction, and emerging technology, she helps teams understand their audiences, identify opportunities, and translate strategy into experiences, systems, and stories.
Emma currently works with agencies including OK COOL, contributing across creative and strategy for social-forward experiences, campaigns, and cultural work for brands including Meta, KFC, Pinterest, and Kleenex. Independently, she has also developed creative work, built websites and digital systems, and supported projects for Zenly, MORE Architects, the LA Zoo, Brilliant Corners, and “mu”.
Previously, Emma was a creative on the Global Business Marketing team at Snap Inc., where she worked across brand platforms, campaigns, educational products, and live experiences. She was the primary designer on Snap Focus and contributed to projects including Snap @ NewFronts, Snap to School, and Snap Shack, working across concept development, narrative, design, production, and launch.
Her practice combines qualitative research, systems thinking, cultural awareness, and hands-on design. She is comfortable moving from open-ended inquiry to a focused strategic position—defining the right question, connecting patterns across people and culture, and giving teams a clear direction for what to make next.
Emma holds a Master’s in Research and a Graduate Diploma in Communication Design from the Royal College of Art. Her research examined how systems influence curiosity and cognitive defaults, using design-led inquiry to explore how people question assumptions, make decisions, and imagine alternatives.
